As a senior e-merchandiser within the Digital Platform Operations team, you are responsible for
maximising conversions and sales by driving the most commercial and inspiring online store
through commercial planning, coordination and execution.
You will be in charge of looking after several categories and drive growth through category
strategies, optimising daily onsite traffic and leading e-merchandising initiatives across the key
verticals
● You will work closely with key stakeholders across the different functions and teams to
plan the on-site execution of campaigns, to maximize GMV uplift and user acquisition
● You will be the expert of user behavior in app for your category, and will work closely
with the different teams to maximize sales and customer experience for your category,
by leveraging the different in-app levers, including visibility, curation, experimentation
and AB tests etc.
Key day-to-day stakeholders will include retail category managers, marketplace account
managers, marketing team, platform growth & experimentation team, or catalogue & content
team to improve offering and user experience for your category.
