What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • possess a recognised university degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related disciplines;
  • possess around 2 years of experience and passionate for developing career in Human Resources; fresh graduate will also be considered;
  • be a good team player who is proactive with positive thinking and can-do attitude, be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
  • demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills with capability to communicate and work effectively with internal and external contacts at all levels;
  • have proficiency in computer applications; and
  • be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
What you'll be doing on the job

 

  • assisting daily HR operations and providing administration support to the department;
  • upkeeping and maintaining accurate employment records and databases in Workday HR system;
  • supporting in the preparation of various HR related statistics and reports;
  • assisting in contract management and liaising with different stakeholders on payment and invoicing; and
  • participating in HR projects as and when required.
