What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • 负责品牌门店运营管理店铺人员销售技巧及货品陈列专业培训组织；
  •  充分调动和发挥店员的积极性，实现店铺运营管理统一、规范，制定奖惩
    制度提高员工积极性；
  • 根据公司要求制订各门店的月度及年度经营业绩指标，实施日常考核并反
    馈考核结果；
  • 评估门店运营管理成本，合理配置资源，负责新员工招聘和带训。
