硕士及以上学历，机械类、电气类、控制类或相关工科背景；
2、有较强的业务理解能力和技术理解能力，有较强的项目管理思维；
3、有较强的沟通能力和问题解决能力；
4、有较强的抗压能力和情绪控制能力，能够以积极乐观心态面对各类任务和问题；
5、具有研发项目经验和项目管理经验者优先。

What you'll be doing on the job

1、对产品开发项目目标能够充分解析，并基于此制定项目计划、开发策划、预算和资源规划等，同时推进各子系统层级进行项目相关策划；
2、管理各层级项目团队各维度协同开发，保证项目按计划完成交付并在各管理维度达成项目目标；
3、针对项目中的各类问题和冲突，能够调用全公司资源快速解决问题；
4、对项目管理的标准流程能够深入理解，并基于项目管理实践持续改善管理机制，提升团队效率。
