What you'll be doing on the job
  • Analyse and understand customer touchpoints throughout the insurance lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise the end-to-end customer journey for enhanced satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the customer journey and customer experience in alignment with organisational goals.
  • Strive for excellence in customer service by actively monitoring customer needs and providing solutions.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire interaction
  • Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for business growth through customer-centric initiatives including cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Develop content and tools to support business acquisition across channels
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for embedding customer centricity into the organisation's culture and operations.
  • Conduct market research and customer surveys to understand evolving customer needs and expectations.
  • Create a VoC programme and embed into the organisation for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment of customer experience initiatives with business goals.
  • Act as a liaison between customer feedback and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement and monitor customer experience standards to ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
