- PC user literacy (Microsoft Office applications Excel/Word/PowerPoint + internet + ERP skills desirable ideally SAP)

# Sales Support:
- Documentation
- Sample Oil request (repack, labeling, delivery)
- Olf Description download
- NBO
- Quotation (e-Scential, IBIS, price list maintenance)
- Admin Support for client visit in office
- Express service
- Create project in IBIS
- External Communication with customer (delivery, price etc)
- Market Sample request
- Formula Transfer
- Application Request
# e-S Support:
- To work with e-S coordinator for Collection management: physical oil library & e-S system
- To support e-S coordinator for related e-S programme & events
- To support e-S coordinator on daily e-S request/ projects
