Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Diploma in a relevant discipline
• At least 1 year of experience in HR operations
• Singaporeans only

What you'll be doing on the job

• HR System support (MyHR, HRcube) and HR data reporting
• Support HR data transition to MyHR including maintain employee p-files
• Manage HR shared folder
• Support headcount and budget tracking
• Arrange vendor payment ; workview, coding sheets
• Assist in the review and development of various HR policies and HR workflows
• Onboarding (new hire information on payroll file, AON/AIA enrollment) and offboarding and letter preparation including but not limited to i.e resignation acknowledgement, employment certificate), account creation for temp staff
• Support and participate in HR and engagement initiative
• Manage HR mailbox ; verifying employment, forwarding to the right contact, cleaning up the mailbox, etc.
• Assist in temp recruitment activities including raising job postings, scheduling, sourcing of resumes and phone screening
