What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Candidate with either diploma or degree in Digital Media, Multimedia, or IT.

What you'll be doing on the job
  • Collaborate with diverse business units to gather requirements and understand current workflows.
  • Provide valuable feedback for system enhancement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and prepare comprehensive test scenarios aligned with business requirements for assigned tasks.
  • Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within strict timelines to ensure scenarios are executed accurately.
  • Proactively identify and report defects/issues, following up with IT or vendor teams until resolution. Promptly escalate critical issues.
