What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or Advanced Degree in related field preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in forecasting, data analysis and running S&OP.
  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous, with strong eye for business and consumer focus.
  • Able to remain focused and work efficiently under pressure while handling multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in an ambiguous and dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional partners, both at much higher level and peer level.
  • Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Strong sense of urgency to resolve issues.
  • Strong knowledge of excel (advanced level) preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP IBP, Tableau preferred.
  • Ability to speak Korean will be an added advantage.

What you'll be doing on the job
  • Lead the forecasting process to ensure that forecasts are facts based and are provided on time.
  • Review historical sales trends, demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models and evaluate forecast results.
  • Improve forecasting and analysis techniques such as providing leadership on forecasting techniques to continuously improve forecasting methods and accuracy.
  • Provide ad-hoc analytics and operational expertise to drive fact-based inputs into forecasting like- price elasticity analysis, cannibalizations studies, activity planning, and gap management
  • Work closely across cross-functional teams and external distributors on driving improvements on statistical/baseline & forecasting KPIs like Forecast Accuracy, Bias.
  • Single point of contact for all demand planning related activities.
  • Lead & manage monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process as per organization’s global standards.
  • Support S&OP initiatives, i.e. Initiate, Plan, Execute, Communicate & Drive forecast accuracy improvement projects within agreed timeframe.
  • Manage product roll overs and end of life planning to appropriately balance availability and inventory risks.
  • Manage allocation products execution with global supply planning.
  • Work closely with Supply Planners to manage availability and maintain customer fill rates.
  • Manage monthly forecast submission in IBP.
