Customer Assistance: Greet customers as they enter the store, assist them in finding products, and provide information about company merchandise, including its features, benefits, and pricing.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of company products, including leather goods and other fashion items. Stay updated on new arrivals, collections, and trends to effectively communicate with customers.
Sales Generation: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate products to meet their requirements. Utilize selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Visual Merchandising: Assist with maintaining the visual presentation of the store.
