What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• A recognized university degree (in any discipline)
• At least 2 years of administrative working experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Assist course coordinator in class timetabling, including booking of class venues.
• Work with Colleges/Schools, and tutorial instructors on arrangement of class allocation and teaching assignments.
