What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Minimum ITE/Diploma graduate with 1 year experience in desktop support

What you'll be doing on the job

• Provide end user technical support for desktop, laptop, mobile devices, printers, and standard business applications.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS operating systems, software, and hardware.
• Manage device deployment, patching, and updates using Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
• Monitor and maintain endpoint security, antivirus, and compliance policies through Intune.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network related issues and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
• Perform onboarding and offboarding of users including device setup, account configuration, and access management.
• Maintain asset inventory, device lifecycle management, and documentation.
• Support system upgrades, migrations, and refresh projects.
• Work with IT teams to implement standard configurations and automation for desktop environments.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
