What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with a focus on employee engagement, employee experience, or other related HR disciplines.
  • Experience in designing and deploying employee surveys and/or facilitation of company-wide post survey action planning.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and people skills (verbal, written and listening).
  • Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail oriented.
  • Must have experience of leading a team, implementing engagement and change programs, and working in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Take responsibility for the design and implementation of the organisations’ culture change, engagement, and DE&I strategy.
  • Create roadmap centered around Culture and Engagement initiatives that promote and achieve high engagement and thriving culture
  • Design and own the on-boarding experience, driving assimilation and engagement.
  • Research and recommend the approach for employee surveys and action planning.
  • Partner with the Corporate Communications team on the development of an external-facing strategy to promote our employer culture to candidates and stakeholders, etc.
  • Partner with respective stakeholders to enhance our employee communications.
  • Implement company-wide and/or departmental action plans based on Pulse Surveys and eNPS.
  • Lead enterprise-wide culture change initiatives.
