1、硕士学历，机械/能源专业；
2、在汽车/航空航天领域有1-2年的开发/测试/质量相关的工作经验，性格开放，乐于沟通，抗压能力强，有学习技术的热情和潜力

What you'll be doing on the job

1、负责整机运营阶段整机类问题和风险的处理，对多因素耦合类产品问题做分析和分解，直至技术处置方向和技术责任方明确；
2、基于产品在实际运营中产生的问题和风险，持续识别和标定设计模型的压力和耐力边界，对运营阶段的整机类失效分析的有效性和风险控制的有效性负责；
3、基于整机产品在运营阶段的问题和风险，辨识关键指标和驱动因素，与整机设计团队迭代优化方案，提升新机型设计可靠性。
