Who you'll be working for
Leading MNC in Specialty Chemicals
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably major in human resources, accounting or related field
- Minimum of 5-year experience in HR with at least 3 years in payroll and benefit administration
- Experience in a HR shared service environment (preferred)
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
What you'll be doing on the job
- Lead monthly end-to-end payroll cycle to ensure accurate and on-time payroll delivery through partnership with vendor
- Assist implementation of annual compensation processes (merit increase, incentive, etc.)
- Support COE in administering compensation and benefit surveys
- Communicate, monitor, and administer benefit programs available to applicable groups of employees
- Complete employee benefit plan benchmark and survey, create reports, provide analysis and findings presentation
- Provide technical and operational input on design/redesign and new benefit program additions
- Provide support to the employee exit process in last payment computation, cost estimation of involuntary termination, etc.
- Monitor and address overall compliance with government laws and regulations in payroll, statutory benefit and time & attendance.
- Provide support and resolve assigned issues and inquiries from employee, manager, and HR community
- Create and update relevant HR knowledge articles
- Interact with and direct vendors for day-to-day delivery of services, ensures adherence to quality and process requirements and monitor performance against these criteria
- Identify continous improvement opportunities and implement necessary changes
- Performs other duties as required
