Client Engagement:
oBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering a personalized and tailored shopping experience.
o Anticipate and address clients’ needs, providing expert advice and recommendations on luxury products.
2. Sales Excellence:
o Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling techniques.
o Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities and cultivating repeat business.
3. Product Knowledge:
o Maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury product offerings, including fashion, jewelry, watches and accessories.
o Stay updated on industry trends, new arrivals, and brand developments to provide clients with informed and relevant information.
4. Customer Service:
o Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and memorable shopping experience from start to end.
o Handle client inquiries, concerns, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
o Maintain client records and manage follow-ups to ensure continued client satisfaction.
5. Brand Representation:
o Uphold and embody the values and image of our clients’ brands in every client interaction.
o Represent the brand at events and other promotional activities as required.
