Who you'll be working for

A leading fuel and lubricant distributor serving manufacturing, food and beverage, technology, airports, marine, energy, transport and logistics, and construction sectors in Singapore and other parts of Southeast Asia.

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Good working knowledge of ERP (Microsoft 365 Business Central), Bipo HRMS, TMS.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management
• Good communication, presentation, and written skills to effectively describe and demonstrate technical solutions to internal and external parties.
• Experience in developing and implementing digital solutions for increasing productivity will be an added advantage.
• Relevant experience in handling IT infrastructure.
• Extensive experience in managing and monitoring IT operations supported by outsourced vendors.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Oversee the development, maintenance, and support of various IT systems, including ERP, HR and logistics.
• Ensures that cybersecurity controls are in place.
• Identifies technology and cybersecurity risks and recommends appropriate actions.
• Review and negotiate hardware/software maintenance contracts and software licensing with IT suppliers.
• Effectively manage the vendors to deliver digital solutions and services.
• Asset Management, Cyber Security Awareness Training, Outsource Infrastructure Management.
• Network monitoring/ O365 admin centre management/ Firewall/ security alerts
• Support for server / Infra support, Office 365 management.
• Project Management - Plan and lead IT projects, define and execute roadmaps.
