What you'll be doing on the job
  • Manage manpower planning for smooth plant operation as well as to ensure it is in line with approved headcount for hiring.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, job offer and on-boarding process of new hire.
  • Collaborate with respective Hiring Managers on hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Work both collaboratively and independently with recruitment agencies, government bodies and universities to attract high-quality talents.
  • Participate and assist in various recruitment fairs, activities & initiatives to ensure qualified candidates are recruited.
  • Build good relations with working people and management to promote and maintain a harmonious industrial relation climate.
  • Responsible for Industrial Relation activities and advising management on best practices. Provide advice on labor laws, company policies and HR practices.
  • Involve in collective bargaining agreements and participate in coordination of collective bargaining agreements.
  • Handle complaints, grievances and disciplinary procedures including conducting investigations, preparing the necessary disciplinary letters, and conducting domestic inquiries.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
