  • Exposure in managing administrative tasks with at least 1-year experience.
  • Key Skills : Independent & strong interpersonal skills, Ability to produce high quality work under pressure
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Review and perform approvals in Centralized Customer Information File (CIF) to merge customer records for Pending Queue Management & Merging Request.
  • Perform data correction in CIF, FPMS and Life Asia systems based on the proof available.
  • Promptly attend to enquiries and proper follow up for cases escalated to other users.
