• In-depth knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and cocktail techniques.

• Strong creativity and innovation in mixology.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Singaporeans only.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Create and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails.

• Design and update seasonal drink menus in collaboration with management.

• Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests regarding drinks and pairings.

• Ensure consistent drink quality and presentation.

• Manage bar inventory and order supplies as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
