What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • A Diploma or Higher in insurance, healthcare or health administration related fields.
  • Minimum 1 years working experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance related fields
  • Possess initiative, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literacy; able to sort and perform simple filtering and pivot in excel.
What you'll be doing on the job
  • To collect / Dispatch claims documents and invoices from mail room or other departments.
  • To open incoming mail and perform stamping on claims documents received.
  • To perform data entry on claim documents received accordingly into system.
  • To prepare / email Debit Notes before send documents for scanning.
  • To update and record other claims data as required by supervisor.
  • To perform reconciliation of statement of account as required by supervisor.
