Who you'll be working for
Authorized Reseller of SOLIDWORKS and SolidCAM in Malaysia and Singapore, specializing in providing great software and technical expertise to help companies design better products.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- SPM or higher education
- Prefer 1 - 2 years experience in customer service line

What you'll be doing on the job
Duties:
- Assist in gathering information about software and subscription entitlement usage.
- Assist in obtaining feedback on the Customer Satisfaction Scores
- Reminding/Informing existing customers about the subscription renewal period
- Obtain the customer's renewal decision and keep track of the renewal status of the customer's subscription
- Assist in the response/escalation of customer inquiries and concerns directly in order to make sure that they are addressed.
- Ensure CRM asset information is up to date
- Provide regular reports to respective team (Internal customer).
- Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required by the management
