End User Support:
Diagnose and resolve issues related to client platforms.
Respond swiftly to incidents, investigate root causes, and deliver timely solutions.
Process and fulfill service requests for client platform needs.
Track service level performance, document system setups, and prepare regular reports.
Contribute to the rollout and upgrade of client platform projects.
Coordinate with vendors to replace faulty hardware components.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets and manage user accounts (e.g., creating, resetting, or deleting passwords).
Perform local server administration tasks to support software deployment and patch management.
Oversee and execute client platform implementation and upgrade initiatives.
Ensure project deliverables align with service level expectations and take corrective action when necessary.
Develop and implement best practices for facility and project management to ensure consistency in operations.
Provide timely progress updates through reporting.
ICT Equipment Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to ICT equipment.
Set up and provide ongoing support for ICT hardware and devices.
Update ICT asset information in the Management System within three working days.
Perform routine maintenance and scheduled operational tasks.
Regularly create and maintain hard disk images for system deployment.
Reinstall and clone desktop images when necessary.
Conduct annual physical inventory checks of ICT equipment.
Install and upgrade applications, ensuring all end-user computing devices (EUCDs) are kept current with the latest security patches.
