What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  1. 2年以上店铺管理经验
  2. 具备较强的抗压能力和销售能力
What you'll be doing on the job

1,主要负责新员工入职,店铺各类大小事情的处理
2.负责订货,退货,整理周报月报,统计销售数据
3.整理陈列,产品试用装,赠品,小样清点,试用装的入库销毁等
4,排好店铺人员班次合理分工,帮助大家分解指标,保证人员充足的完成销售指标
5.调整员工情绪,工作状态,让大家积极健康活力满满
6.负责配合各部门的线下活动宣传落实跟进活动情况做出实际反馈等
