What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Meticulous and attention to detail
  • Computer literate and must have minimum Diploma qualification
  • Must be willing to work extra hour to complete the task assigned
  • Must be willing to work on weekend or outside of normal business hour when required
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Create policy header in GEGM new core system (Allegro), cancellation and endorsement when required to support PPM department
  • Download policy from file finder and send to branches for verification when requested. Follow up with BIT Business
  • Analyst on missing/failed generation of policy document from file finder
  • Execute and monitor QTP script running to assist in operational task required to support Branches and Customer Service
  • Prepare quotation for Personal Lines products.
  • Gather and document customer information, payment methods, purchases, and
    reactions to products.
