What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Min preferred Diploma or Degree
- Fresh Graduates are open to apply.

What you'll be doing on the job
- Creating Policies, Renewals & Endorsements accordingly.
- Prepare Certificate of Insurance
- E-Filling Policies and email correspondences
- Ensure documents are saved into the respective share folders for accessible references.
- Liaise with Underwriter & Policy Processing Teams to ensure policies & endorsement are issued in a timely manner.
- Print from EWMS system for policy issuance.
- Follow up with brokers on outstanding documents and outstanding premium collection.
- Verify and update the listings for department to keep track on tasks to be done.
- Attending direct phone calls and responding to emails from brokers.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on risks, regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
- Other responsibilities entailed.
