Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; 
  Minimum 2 years of hands-on Linux experience with strong proficiency in Linux-related skills.
• Familiarity with KVM/Xen, OpenStack, Cloudstack, etc. Experience in cloud platform or virtualization delivery operations is preferred.
• Proficient in container technologies such as Kubernetes (K8S) and Docker. Practical maintenance experience is a plus.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Shell, or similar languages preferred.
• Certifications from major cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud) are advantageous.
• Excellent communication, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills; ability to resolve client issues on-site and handle front-line client pressure.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of private cloud platforms, including operations/maintenance/monitoring/metering/billing systems.
• Track and manage issues encountered during project operations, drive problem resolution, improve operational efficiency and quality, and achieve problem closure.
• Document and report issues identified during operations, provide feedback on documentation gaps, and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational documentation.
