Work closely to ensure prompt fault resolution and service restoration for access and transmission equipment, in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Diagnose and resolve faults related to access and transmission systems; escalate to Tier 2 technical support when necessary.
Plan daily schedules and ensure timely execution of tasks such as site surveys, equipment installation (including patching), commissioning, testing, replacement, and preventive maintenance, aligning with both customer needs and operational standards.
Monitor the performance and health of access and transmission systems across the network, and take corrective measures as required.
Support network re-routing or diversion efforts during cable-related incidents to minimize service disruption.
Participate in standby duties and be available for recall during silent hours; willing to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, public holidays, and at short notice when required.
