What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Possess 8 years or more experience in business intelligence, financial analysis, or similar roles within a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, and analysis
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Familiarity with financial forecasting and budgeting processes.

What you'll be doing on the job

The Associate Director, Financial Planning and Analysis is responsible for short- and long-term financial planning, analysis reporting and business forecasting for the company in the Asia Pacific region. The role will need to collaborate with Global and Country stakeholders to proactively collecting insights, analyze competitive development and building forecast to support in business growth.

  • Performance Reporting and Dashboard - Develop and oversee comprehensive financial and operational performance reporting, crafting insightful dashboards and reports.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting - Lead regular Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet rolling forecasts and budgets. Continuously increase forecast accuracy, perform variance analysis, and follow up with necessary actions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - Collaborate with Country stakeholders in the collection, maintenance, and analysis of competitive pricing and other competitive indexes across APAC markets.
  • Data Integrity - Monitor the quality and accuracy of the data, identifying discrepancies and implementing solutions to ensure reliable analysis.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis and Project-Based Planning: Provide financial simulations to support company-led ad hoc analysis or project-based planning analysis as required.
  • Periodically Engagement - with Global and Country teams to identify opportunities for cross collaboration, process improvements and best practice sharing.
