What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• CPA, ACCA (LVL 3) is a MUST
• At least 4 years of experience
• Audit background is a plus
• NetSuite experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multi-countries
• Able to work independently

What you'll be doing on the job

Financial Close Management:

• Independently manage and execute month-end and year-end financial close procedures for multiple international entities.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all closing tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, deferrals and maintenance of balance sheet schedules.
• Coordinate with local finance teams and external partners (e.g. outsourced accounting services providers, tax agents) in different countries to gather necessary financial data and ensure adherence to local regulations and deadlines.
• Analyze revenue and expense accounts, providing variance analysis and insightful explanations.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards across all entities.
• Prepare and review internal and external financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to group reporting requirements in various countries.
• Assist in the preparation and review of corporate income tax and VAT returns for international entities, coordinating with tax agents.
• Support annual external audits and periodic internal audits, including the preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.
