What you'll be doing on the job

Data Reporting & Visualizations 

• Build and maintain Excel and PowerBI dashboards and reports 

• Analyze trends, patterns, and key metrics using Excel and/or other BI tools. 

• Create clear, easy-to-understand data visualizations and summaries. 

• Collaborate with analysts to prepare presentations that incorporate data stories and visual outputs. 

• Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting tasks as needed. 

• Assist support on regular operational task maintain by team 
   

Data Governance Initiatives 

• Help with documentation and research, including documenting current data governance processes and conducting research on best practices. 

• Assist in data mapping and analysis, identifying gaps or areas for improvement, and ensuring data alignment with governance standards. 

• In terms of stakeholder engagement, they will support the organization of meetings and workshops, take notes, and compile feedback. 

• Aid in developing training materials, coordinating training sessions, and collecting feedback. Furthermore, they will support monitoring and reporting by preparing reports on the progress and effectiveness of data governance initiatives and help establish a feedback loop to identify areas for improvement. 

• Assist in communicating data governance frameworks and updates to the organization and help create content to raise awareness.
