What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor’s degree in any related fields 5 years or less experience in retail operations, logistics, ideally fashion retail 

• Proactive, able to understand the needs of the brands/ customers / teams   

• Experienced in areas like POS systems, inventory management and workflow optimization.  

• Exceptionally organized, with time management and multitasking skills   

• Flexible and able to work across departments in a fast-paced environment   

• Good analytical, presentation and communication skill   

• Excellent skills with Excel and PowerPoint   

• Native in Korean and fluent in English

What you'll be doing on the job

WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH: 

For online events 

• Support and assist E-commerce Manager to set up the online event page with the stocklist and product images from Brand Partners 

• Review the stocklist and develop stock movement plans with warehouse
  scheduling for each online event. 

• Coordinate timely stock arrival and departure with 3PL partners as well as Brand Partners to ensure smooth operations and optimal cost control  

• Oversee daily order processing, shipment status, and delivery coordination with 3PL partners. 

• Monitor stock levels and communicate with 3PL partners and Brand Partners as necessary 

• Prepare the sales reports and reporting materials for Brand Partners and internal stakeholders  

• Support Customer Service (CS) team for enquiries from the clients and provide guidance, focusing on delivery timelines and claims on damage/missing items. 

For offline events 

• Support Event Manager for the success of offline events with comprehensive operational execution wherever applicable, especially in the area of guiding part-timers or interns in daily execution—from inbound and setup to outbound—ensuring all procedures align with brand standards. 

Others 

• Manage the import process (if any) from China. 

• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.
