What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Background from Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Maintenance Engineer).

Hands-on experience in machine inspection, troubleshooting high/low voltage instruments, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems.

Male or female, maximum age 40 years old.

Used to working in a fast-paced, hands-on, and proactive multinational environment; not relying solely on their team.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Looking for a Maintenance Supervisor position within a leading multinational FMCG beverage manufacturing company.
- The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in a similar capacity (Maintenance Leader or Junior Supervisor) and comes from an engineering background, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- The position requires strong hands-on skills in troubleshooting and maintaining production machinery, including high/low voltage systems, electrical, and hydraulic equipment.
- Candidates should have prior experience leading a small maintenance team (3–5 people) and be familiar with using SAP PM module for maintenance planning and reporting. Fluency in English and a practical, proactive work approach are essential.
- This is a one-year contract role, suitable for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven manufacturing environment.
