Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• Admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor in Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years’ post qualification experience (PQE) in legal practice, and/or corporate in-house TMT, ICT, data protection.
• Experience in litigation is preferred.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Advise on company policy and regulatory affairs - including administrative law, TMT/ICT, and competition law; regulatory instruments; exercise of regulatory powers, and enforcement proceedings and appeals
• Collaborate with stakeholders in the development of legislation, regulatory frameworks, and policies
• Draft contracts and advise on a wide range of issues relating to company's corporate and industry development functions
• Identify legal risks and devise effective legal risk management strategies and internal governance policies
• Advise on contentious issues and manage litigation
