Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience managing commercial and/or retail real estate assets in Singapore.
• Proven financial and analytical capabilities in budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Singapore’s property regulations, ESG frameworks, and market dynamics.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Develop and implement asset strategies to optimize Net Property Income (NPI) and margin performance.
• Strengthen revenue management and identify opportunities to grow revenue streams.
• Manage and control operating and capital expenditures, ensuring alignment with the asset's long-term positioning.
• Take full ownership of the Profit and Loss for assigned properties.
• Lead Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEIs) to boost property returns and market competitiveness.
