Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in an HR generalist or project-based HR role.
Experience supporting regional or multi-country HR initiatives preferred.
Strong project coordination skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
Knowledge of regional labor laws and HR practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS tools (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment.

What you'll be doing on the job
Support the planning and execution of regional HR projects such as policy rollouts, process harmonization, system implementations, talent initiatives, or compliance updates.
Collaborate with country HR teams and business units to gather requirements and localize regional initiatives.
Coordinate meetings, track progress, and prepare documentation such as project plans, reports, and status updates.
Assist in the design and communication of HR policies, procedures, and templates aligned with regional standards.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall HR strategy and business needs.
Support data gathering, analysis, and reporting for HR metrics relevant to project outcomes.
Ensure change management and communication plans are effectively executed during implementation.
Act as a liaison between central HR teams and local offices for smooth project execution and feedback loops.
