What you'll be doing on the job
• Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners, explore new markets, develop new clients, and enhance the company’s influence and market share in the industry. Particularly knowledgeable in industrial fields such as automation, medical, and automotive new energy.
• Possess strategic thinking and leadership abilities, capable of formulating and executing comprehensive business development plans, identifying new opportunities, technologies, and industry trends, adjusting company business strategies in a timely manner to adapt to market changes, seeking new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
• Assist the sales team by facilitating cooperation through visits and business negotiations, regularly follow up and maintain client relationships, meet client expectations, and promote cooperation.
• Formulate and implement annual and quarterly work plans, achieve performance targets, lead the team in business development activities, drive company business growth, explore potential cooperation opportunities, deeply develop industry resources, organize subordinates to execute sales policies and strategies, guide and improve the sales skills and quality of subordinates, and monitor the completion of sales plans.
• Participate in business negotiations, collaborate with other departments, provide advice on legal, financial, and strategic aspects, and ensure the maximization of company interests.
