What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Age: Max 40 years old (late 20s with proven experience will be considered).
  • Education: Min. S1 from any major (Must be a verified graduate listed in the official PDDikti database).
  • Min. 2 years' experience as a Sales Manager in the Engine industry, or as a Branch Manager/Regional Manager/Sales Manager in the Heavy Equipment industry.
  • Gender: Male.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a mature approach to managing teams; must be able to earn respect from subordinates. 
  • Must demonstrate confidence and high enemy during interactions, with enthusiastic and eager responses that reflect strong interest in joining the company. 
  • Hunter personality, not farmer/harvester (if the candidate has experiences failure, they should not give up but know how to improve, take corrective action, and avoid blaming circumstances).
  • Able to demonstrate strategic thinking in every aspect of work. 
  • Must have experience conducting daily, weekly, and monthly cadences with the sales team (lack of this experience will likely result in failure at the company, as the company highly values cadence processes and selects candidates based on this experience to ensure a plug-and -play fit).
  • Demonstrates determination and persistence ("greget") as a sales professional, striving not only to achieve targets but to exceed them. 
  • Has a clear approach or strategy for driving sales growth. 
  • Demonstrates a strong customer database in their territory and maintains relationships with customers. 
  • Possesses leadership experience in coaching teams and taking corrective or disciplinary actions when performance issues arise, and also conducts inspections. 
  • Must have experience selling to retail customers.
  • Possesses superior knowledge compared to the team to establish authority and earn respect also inspire team. 
  • Proven tack record in winning market share and driving sales growth in the Heavy Equipment industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. 
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Accountable for monitoring the implementation of sales activities of machine and engine to ensure the availability of sales activity plan. 
  • Responsible for participating in evaluating machine and engine sales target and give guidance about the preparation of sales target in accordingly to the prospect of sales in the area to ensure sales target of prime product that had been setup is achievable. 
  • Accountable for monitoring the administration preparing Customer Credit Request (CCR) to ensure the sales administration is conducted well. 
  • Accountable & responsible for giving guidance and assistance to sales and marketing in branch about the information of price of prime product according to margins that had been setup by company to ensure the price offered is according to management policy and pricing analysis is conducted accurately.
  • Accountable and responsible for giving suggestion to sales marketing in branch about the update information of prime product price according to currency fluctuation, cost of unit delivery, etc., to ensure the price offered is according to management policy and pricing analysis is conducted accurately.
  • Responsible for compiling forecast of prime product sales and which will be invoiced and evaluate the accuracy of each sales forecast based on supporting data (e.g., allocation list) for unit availability, delivery timeline, etc.; send the sales forecast to HO to ensure the sales forecasting preparation is conducted realistically supported by up-to-date data. 
  • Responsible for giving direction and guidance to sales and marketing about setting up sales information by collecting market information from any sources e.g., BAPENAS, Chamber of Commerce, government institution, mass media, etc., to ensure the availability of accurate information to support their sales activity.
