What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Minimally Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Information Technology 

What you'll be doing on the job

• Provide setup, installation and operational support for end user desktop and device environments
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and peripheral issues and resolve incidents promptly
• Respond to service requests such as installations, configurations and system updates
• Monitor device performance, maintain asset records and provide regular status reporting
