What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).
- Strong understanding of PM methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master certification is a plus.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Manage and monitor the company’s project portfolio.
- Prioritize projects and optimize resource allocation.
- Develop project management standards and templates.
- Ensure consistent application of project management methodologies.
- Monitor progress and prepare reports for management.
- Analyze project metrics and KPIs.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and executives.
- Facilitate meetings and communicate project status updates.
- Implement process improvements and best practices.
- Train and mentor project managers.
