Who you'll be working for

A fast-growing Indonesian personal care brand established in 2019, specializing in high-quality products for moms and babies including balms, soaps, lotions, and sunscreens. Operating through B2B and B2C channels with strong yearly revenue, the company is headquartered in South Jakarta.

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a Sales & Marketing team.

• Background in Personal Care for Mom & Baby is highly preferred; FMCG/Healthcare/Beauty/Wellness industries are acceptable (retail-oriented).

• Male or female candidates; preferred if already a parent.

• Proven experience handling yearly sales targets of IDR 40–60 billion.

• Strong track record in expanding distributor networks across Indonesia.

• Skilled in driving revenue growth via e-commerce platforms.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.

• Willing to work onsite in Lebak Bulus with a hybrid working arrangement (4 WFO + 1 WFA).

What you'll be doing on the job

• Lead and oversee the Sales & Marketing division to drive nationwide business growth.

• Develop strategic sales plans to expand distributor networks and open new territories.

• Formulate and execute marketing and branding strategies to strengthen market presence.

• Boost revenue performance across e-commerce platforms and digital channels.

• Monitor and evaluate sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Collaborate closely with the Director and cross-functional teams to support business goals.

• Manage and mentor the Sales & Marketing Manager and E-Commerce Manager.

• Provide regular sales forecasts and analytical reports for management decision-making.
