What you'll be doing on the job

• Drive end-to-end implementation of transaction banking products, ensuring compliance with regulatory and technological standards.

• Oversee project planning, approvals, system testing, and progress reporting to ensure seamless delivery.

• Influence product strategy by identifying enhancements, improving processes, and ensuring documentation accuracy.

• Act as a key liaison with Head Office, regulators, auditors, and internal teams to maintain compliance and operational excellence.

• Expand transaction banking business through stakeholder engagement and strategic initiatives.

• Continuously review and refine departmental procedures to uphold quality and compliance.

• Lead responses to audits and regulatory reviews, and manage ad hoc projects with precision.
