- Strong experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
- Experience with Axway RFT or similar MFT technologies.
- Good knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL.
- Comfortable working in Linux (RHEL) environment.
- Understanding of customer onboarding processes in banking.
- Experience with SSL/TLS certificates & PGP encryption.
What you'll be doing on the job
Responsible for L3 support and system enhancement for Customer Onboarding and Host-to-Host (H2H) payment integrations. Ensures secure file transfers, certificate management, and ETL workflows for onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support H2H onboarding flows and secure file transfer processes.
- Enhance and troubleshoot Informatica PowerCenter ETL jobs.
- Configure and support Axway RFT channels for file movement.
- Manage certificate lifecycle and PGP encryption for client file exchanges.
- Provide L3 investigation and coordinate with L1/L2, vendors, infra & business teams.
- Prepare functional and technical specifications when enhancements are required.
- Troubleshoot and validate payment file formats (CSV, XML, ISO, proprietary).
