What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Experience: L3 (6–9 years)
Domain: CCO
Sub-domain: L3 Support
Platform: Java, Oracle
Database: Oracle / MSSQL
Batch: Control-M
OS: N/A (but supports OS patching)
- Hands-on experience in Java / J2EE applications.
- Strong SQL knowledge with Oracle and/or MSSQL.
- Experience with Control-M batch jobs.
- Understanding of middleware components (WebLogic, JBoss, etc.).
- CRM / Microsoft Dynamics experience is an advantage.
What you'll be doing on the job
Provides L3 production support for CCO domain banking applications, focusing on Java / J2EE and Oracle. Drives incident investigation, vendor coordination, testing and release support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end L3 support for Java-based banking systems.
- Investigate incidents, identify root cause, and propose fixes or improvements.
- Coordinate with vendor, testers, business users, L1/L2 teams.
- Review and test vendor fixes; support deployment to production.
- Investigate Control-M batch failures and propose workarounds.
- Proactively monitor production PBIs and follow up for closure.
- Support middleware patching, OS patching, certificate renewals.
