What you'll be doing on the job

• Customer Service & Sales:
  • Greet and welcome customers enthusiastically.
  • Assist customers in finding products, offering personalized recommendations, and explaining product features and benefits.
  • Promote current sales, discounts, and loyalty programs.
  • Build lasting customer relationships.
  • Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally.
• Store Operations:
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for accurate payment processing (cash, card).
  • Receive, unpack, and process new shipments.
  • Replenish stock and ensure shelves are fully stocked and well-organized.
  • Implement visual merchandising standards and create appealing product displays.
  • Perform opening/closing duties and regular store cleaning.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock-taking.
