What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Min. 4 years of HR Generalist experience in a multinational company.
- Strong understanding of Western multinational work culture and practices.
- Max. 35 yo with Fluent in English (written and spoken).
What you'll be doing on the job
- HR Operations & Compliance; Manage end-to-end HR administration, employee data, contracts, payroll coordination, and ensure compliance with labour regulations and company policies.
- Talent & Employee Lifecycle Management; Handle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and onboarding processes.
- People Support & HR Programs; Support managers and employees on HR matters, implement HR initiatives (engagement, training, culture), and assist in improving HR processes.
