What requirements you'll need to be eligible

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with high-end clientele.
2. Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury retail standards.
3. Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and visitor flow efficiently.
4. Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
5. Basic knowledge or interest in horology and high-end timepieces is an advantage.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, sophisticated environment.
7. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
8. Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings, to meet business needs.

The Welcome Host at our luxury timepiece retail boutique serves as the first point of contact for our discerning clientele, embodying the elegance and precision synonymous with our brand. This role involves greeting guests warmly, managing appointment schedules, and ensuring an exceptional, personalized customer experience from the moment they enter the store. The Welcome Host will possess excellent communication skills and a refined presence, facilitating a seamless reception area operation while supporting the sales team with client needs and inquiries. Maintaining a sophisticated and inviting environment, the Welcome Host plays a pivotal role in upholding the prestige and reputation of our exclusive Swiss watch collections.
