Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- - Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in FMCG/Healthcare industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, selling to direct channels such as institutions, trade shows, exhibitions, etc.
- - Result-oriented with strong business acumen and a solid network in the healthcare/FMCG market.
- - Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
- - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
- - Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese languages.
- - Outstanding leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- - Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.
What you'll be doing on the job
- - Drive sales of products through existing and new direct channels.
- - Strengthen customer base by identifying and developing relationships with new customers, while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing ones.
- - Identify growth opportunities by understanding customer needs and market trends.
- - Lead and manage a direct sales team, setting and achieving KPI targets as set by the management.
- - Provide regular analytics on traffic and conversion rates, and make data-driven recommendations to drive higher sales and profitability.
- - Lead, coach, and develop the sales team, including promoters, and manage the commission scheme effectively.
- - Coordinate with other teams to plan and execute sales events and promotion activities.
