Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources Management;
• Minimum 5 years relevant all-rounded experience in the HR field, preferably gained in sizeable organizations;
• Experience knowledge in HR project management. Well-versed in Employment Ordinances and other relevant laws and regulations;
• Excellent skill in Excel and other PC skills, including Chinese word processing

What you'll be doing on the job

• Responsible for all-rounded HR operation;
• Manage projects that cover process improvement for HR activities, such as recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee relations, performance management, etc.;
• Assist in enhancing workflow improvement, documentation, and digitalization of HR process and development;
• Provide end-to-end HR Systems management for the team HR policies review and update;
• Support other ad hoc HR tasks projects as required.
