What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Minimum of 8 years of retail experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve problems effectively.
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized, with exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Lead and motivate retail team, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, implementing strategies to meet their expectations.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service standards
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, develop strategies to maximize revenue and operational efficiency.
- Oversee visual merchandising to create impactful displays that enhance sales
- Review and improve Standard Operating Procedures to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Act as the key liaison between the retail team and other departments,
- Foster a positive and growth-oriented culture
